Our Ecosystem
The Strawberry Hub Ecosystem. From Patient Experience to Global Healthcare Insight.
The Strawberry Hub has been designed as more than a practice management system. It is an integrated healthcare ecosystem where every-day clinical interactions contribute to a larger understanding of human health. Through a carefully structured flow of information, the platform allows practitioners to manage their practices efficiently while simultaneously contributing to meaningful research that can improve healthcare outcomes worldwide.
The ecosystem begins with the most important relationship in healthcare — the connection between practitioner and patient.
Through the Strawberry Hub practice management platform, practitioners are able to onboard patients digitally, manage consultations, and communicate complex health information using clear BioDigital anatomical reporting. This approach strengthens patient understanding and encourages active engagement in their own healthcare journey.
Within this clinical environment, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) play a vital role. Patients are invited to share their experiences, symptoms, and treatment responses through structured questionnaires integrated directly into the system. Each patient is assigned a unique reference identifier, ensuring that their personal identity remains protected while still allowing meaningful data to be captured. This process allows practitioners to better understand how treatments are affecting their patients beyond the consultation room.
Once collected, this information becomes part of a secure and structured data process. Patient data is anonymised and organised within The Strawberry Hub research platform, developed through the collaborative efforts of Dr Adrian Wenban and Imran Khan Niazi, in conjunction with Dr Heidi Haavik, chiropractor and neuroscientist. This research infrastructure has been designed to analyse real-world clinical data responsibly and ethically while adhering to international data protection standards including GDPR and HIPAA.
As the dataset grows, patterns begin to emerge that may not be visible within individual practices alone. Researchers can explore relationships between symptoms, treatments, neurological function, and areas of health such as the gut-brain axis — often referred to as the body’s “second brain.” Through this work, The Strawberry Hub aims to deepen our understanding of complex health interactions and contribute to evidence-based improvements in healthcare.

In time, this expanding knowledge base will support the development of artificial intelligence tools capable of identifying trends and providing evidence-informed insights back to practitioners using the platform. These insights will help practitioners refine their clinical approaches and improve patient outcomes, creating a continuous cycle of learning.
Through this ecosystem, every consultation contributes to something greater. Patient experiences inform research, research generates insight, and those insights return to practitioners to support better care. The Strawberry Hub therefore becomes a living healthcare network where knowledge grows continuously and where practitioners, patients, and researchers work together to advance human health.
