Our Blueprint
The Meeting of Two Unlikely Sources
The idea behind The Strawberry Hub emerged from an unexpected intersection of disciplines. On one side was Dr Heidi Haavik, an internationally recognised neuroscientist whose research explores the relationship between the nervous system, spinal function, and brain health. On the other side was Stuart Aubury, an entrepreneur focused on strategic thinking, lean organisational systems, and building collaborative business platforms.
Dr Haavik’s research has helped deepen scientific understanding of how spinal function and neurological processes influence the way the brain interprets and responds to the body’s environment. Her work has contributed significantly to expanding the scientific conversation around neurological health and the broader systems that influence human wellbeing.
At the same time, Stuart had been exploring how digital collaboration platforms could enable professionals across different fields to share knowledge and generate insights from real-world experience. His interest lay in building systems that allow networks of practitioners to contribute observations and collectively generate valuable data.
The meeting of these two perspectives — one rooted in neuroscience research and the other in strategic platform development — helped shape the concept of The Strawberry Hub. The idea was simple yet ambitious: create a platform where practitioners could document clinical insights and collaborate with researchers to explore patterns in health and treatment outcomes.
This combination of scientific research and entrepreneurial thinking laid the foundation for a multidisciplinary healthcare ecosystem where practitioners, researchers, and institutions could work together to advance understanding of human health.
